Conflict Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (CIAB) entity.

CIAB entities for consumer disputes are entities authorized to carry out mediation, conciliation, and arbitration of consumer disputes in Portugal that are registered on the list of RAL entities provided for by Law No. 144/2015.
